Disclaimers, Refunds and Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The customer has 24 hours from the receipt of the product to contact RSA Designs for any concerns.  Any mistakes made due to the error of RSA Designs, not including graphic art details (see color disclaimer), will be corrected at our cost. Any mistakes made due to the customer's miscommunication or after the 24-hour mark will be replaced for the full value of the product.

We do our best to ensure our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be considered correct.

By paying this invoice, you agree with the above disclosure. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or replacements will be offered if the coloring is not an exact match.
